Q: What is a custom expression & what is the cost?

A Custom Expression is our take on a traditional artist "commission." We want to offer you not only a beautiful work of art created in your image and inspired by your journey, but also an experience like no other.

 

The cost of your Custom Expression will vary depending on things like size, materials, shipping, etc. We will discuss all of this and more via our zoom chat. Remember, there is no obligation to purchase anything, and you can take as much time as you need to make a decision. Furthermore, there is no money exchanged until we receive approval of your Custom Expression proof!

To give you an idea, the typical investment for a Custom Expressions ranges from $200 to $1000. 

          

Q: Refund & Return policy

Custom Expressions are not eligible for refund or return.

Original works of art from our online shop or purchased in person are eligible for partial refund within 3 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping cost and 15% restocking fee. Tax's are non refundable.

Flow & Feel Cards are eligible for a partial refund within 3 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping cost and 15% restocking fee. Tax's are non refundable.

Donations are non refundable.

If you receive a damaged or defective book from our third party retailers Amazon or Barnes and Noble, please return the book to the retailer you purchased from. 

If you receive damage or defective clothing from our print on demand service, please contact us so we can work on getting you a replacement. Unfortunately, any other return/refunds on clothing are not accepted.

We want you to be 100% satisfied. We ask that you contact us with any question or concerns so we can try and make things right.
